Terre del Lagorai's Trento Spumante Dosaggio Zero 'Victor' is a premium mountain bubbly. The base wine, a small percentage of which rests in wood, is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the latter processed in oxidation to remove all traces of colour. On the nose, there are hints of white fruit and sweet citrus hints, followed by slight pastry hints. On the palate it is fresh, with a marked savouriness, the soft bite is made creamy by the long persistent effervescence

The Trento Spumante Dosaggio Zero 'Victor' is the flagship label of the Terre del Lagorai production reality, a bubbly with a dry and complex flavour that demonstrates the great vocation of the Valsugana territory towards sparkling wine production. Behind the Terre del Lagorai project, born in 2016 in eastern Trentino, lies the commitment of a group of eight winegrowing partners from Valsugana, represented by Germana Borgogno, Davide Capra, Stefano Dalledonne, Ezio Dandrea, Mauro Franzoni, Flavio Sandri, Carlo Staudacher and Matteo Trentinaglia, who decided to join forces to enhance the oenological expression of their land.

Dosaggio Zero Terre del Lagorai Spumante Trento 'Victor' consists of a blend of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) grapes carefully selected from vineyards on the slopes of the Lagorai chain. The oenological process involves gentle pressing of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation of the must mainly in stainless steel tanks, with 5% of the mass vinified in wooden barrels. Once made, the sparkling wine base undergoes re-fermentation in the bottle in accordance with the Metodo Classico, associated with a long ageing period of 60 months on the lees. This is followed by disgorging and topping off with the same wine, thus without any dosage.

The Trento Spumante 'Victor' Dosaggio Zero by Terre del Lagorai is an intense straw yellow colour with fine effervescence. The aromatic bouquet initially expresses fruity and floral hints of pear and jasmine, enhanced by fine hints of candied lemon and pastries. The taste, elegant and creamy, reveals an excellent balance between freshness and roundness, all tempered by the marked savoury streak that accompanies the very persistent finish.
