Volcanalia's Garganega 'Battibaleno' is a macerate that aims to capture the pleasant sensation of grape skins on the palate. After 8 days of maceration, the wine absorbs all the character of the volcanic terroir and returns the pleasant crispness of the fruit. The nose is dominated by yellow fruit and a delicate mineral hint. On the palate it is enveloping, with a sip that recalls the tannins of raw grapes and plenty of flavour. Ideal with Vicenza-style salt cod, vegetable soups but also fried chicken
