Cascina Faletta's Chardonnay 'Myricae' is an intense white. It is aged in large casks after maturation on fine lees, two techniques that give structure and intensity. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit, butter and dried fruit typical of the wine-making style emerge, crowned by a balsamic finish. The sip is full, round, with great softness. Pascoli's tamarisks, the literary reference that gives the wine its name, are perfectly evocative of the intense and forthright character of this white wine
