Cantine Fina's Catarratto 'Fiorente' is produced in very limited quantities from a real cru, located in the Stagnone Nature Reserve. The grapes are cultivated at sea level with low yields to concentrate the 'flavour' of the terroir as much as possible. A passage of several months on fine lees gives structure and complexity. On the nose there are fragrant hints of tropical fruit, citrus peel and white flowers. The palate is savoury with a pleasant, clear freshness on the finish. Excellent with seafood risottos
