Located in the renowned Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, on the left bank of the Rhône River, Domaine Duseigneur stands today as one of the most compelling wineries in the French wine scene. The estate’s history is deeply rooted in a five-generation family tradition that began in Saint Laurent des Arbres, on the opposite bank of the river. Since 2002, Bernard Duseigneur has carried on the legacy of his father and brother, bringing the culture of wine and his connection to the Mediterranean land back to the heart of his life. Since 2007, he has collaborated with Philippe Faure-Brac, named the world’s best sommelier in 1992, sharing a passion for terroir and the pursuit of excellence.

Domaine Duseigneur’s philosophy is based on biodynamics, a practice aimed at enhancing the natural energy of the soil and strengthening the balance between plant and environment. The diversity of the soils—from red clays to limestone pebbles, from marine sands to alluvial deposits—gives the wines remarkable complexity and identity. Even the vineyards on the right bank of the Rhône, between Saint Laurent des Arbres and Saint Victor la Coste, express great finesse thanks to their cooler exposures. The quality of the wine stems from daily work in the vineyard, guided by nature and in full respect of its rhythms, with the goal of passing on a vibrant and sustainable cultural heritage.

The symbol of Domaine Duseigneur is the Astrolabe, an ancient navigation instrument inspired by the cosmos, evoking the celestial forces that guide biodynamic practice. Among the estate’s most iconic labels are the bold reds of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, complemented by elegant wines from the Lirac and Laudun areas. Each bottle tells a story—a journey, an emotion, and an authentic philosophy of life.
