Campanelli's Verdicchio Castelli Jesi Classico Superiore 'Contrade' originates in the municipalities of San Paolo di Jesi, Cupramontana and Serra San Quirico, areas famous for quality Verdicchio. Vinification involves only must flower from whole bunches and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. On the nose there are hints of fruit and white flowers, fresh, the legacy of ageing in neutral cement containers. In the mouth, it is fresh and harmonic, with a fine savoury progression. Rather textural, it is excellent with intense fish dishes or soft cheeses
