Zaccagnini's dealcolato red wine comes from a process of alcohol evaporation and condensation, during which the aromas are recovered and reintegrated into the final product. The result is a wine with very low alcohol content, sometimes zero, that preserves its sensory richness intact. Soft and fragrant, it releases intense aromas of small red fruits with delicate spicy notes.
