The Sauvignon from the Villa Folini cellar is intended to express the immediate and fresh character of its terroir. After a delicate treatment involving soft pressing, low-temperature fermentation and maturation in stainless steel, the wine extracts the full aromatic potential of the grape. Floral aromas dominate the nose, with subtle citrusy breaths and salty hints on the finish. On the palate it is long, savoury and soft-bodied. An ideal companion for fish dishes, try it with 'boreto alla graisana', a traditional fish soup
