Bavencoff's Saint-Bris is an aromatic white wine from northern Burgundy, produced from vineyards near the city of Auxerre. The appellation only allows the use of Sauvignon, a true rarity for this wine-growing area. The nose has intense and pleasant hints of flowers and ripe fruit, with subtle herbaceous aromas typical of the variety. The sip is well-structured but stands out for its freshness and savoury nature
