Volcanalia's Rosato 'Pinkopalla' is the fresh fruit of Rossella's handicraft, the only non-white wine of the winery. This product is distinguished by its vinification with eight days of maceration on the skins, an unusual technique for the grape varieties used. The result is a wine with a rosy, discharged colour, full of crisp, lively aromas: small red fruits, pungent citrus fruits and intriguing notes of rhubarb.
