Formentini's Ribolla Gialla Collio originates between Oslavia and San Floriano, historic white wine communities. Ribolla gives unique expressions thanks to its late ripening, exposure to the Bora wind and ponca-rich soils. This expression is very typical, intensely fruity and mineral, vinified in steel only to accentuate its character to the maximum.
