Possente's EVO oil is made with Nocellara olives, one of the main varieties of Belice. It comes from the hills of Salaparuta, where the olive trees are grazed by hand in the first half of October. Cold extraction within six hours of harvesting preserves the quality of the fruit. The bright colour anticipates aromas of green tomato and herbaceous notes.
