Tenuta di Castellaro's Euxenos' is an intense and powerful white wine, a savoury and aromatic expression of the Aeolian Islands. Made from Malvasia delle Lipari grown on volcanic soils, it is vinified with indigenous yeasts in amphora, where it finishes maturing after 10 months. The golden yellow colour introduces a bouquet of ripe fruit, with aromas of white peach, candied fruit and then hints of Mediterranean scrub crown it all, with marine hints on the finish. The palate is full, velvety, with distinct freshness and a delicate marine flavour. Versatile in its pairings, it is perfect with blue cheeses or intense Asian dishes
