Volcanalia's Garganega Frizzante 'Ambarabà' evokes childhood games with lightness and brio. It re-ferments in the bottle with the addition of dried grape must, the one used for Recioto, as a starter for the second fermentation. The nose releases notes of white flowers such as lime and jasmine, yellow fruit and pleasant green hints such as basil and lime. The palate is taut, upright and savoury with a spherical bubble that is never pungent. Ideal with bruschetta, mousse with fresh goat cheese and vegetarian fritters
