'Ciliegia' Denavolo

Denavolo's 'Ciliegia' is a macerate from indigenous grapes that are rarely vinified dry. The skilful craftsmanship of the cellar gives a wine that is rustic and iridescent, immediate and with character at the same time. After a few months of maceration and the following refinement, the aromatic profile that develops is fresh but evolved, with hints of dried flowers, citrus fruits and cooking fruit. On the palate it is fresh and flowing, with a marked freshness. The dynamic sip makes it the perfect companion both for cured meats and for dishes with lively flavours, such as Thai or Chinese fish dishes
