Bollinger's Champagne Blanc de Noirs 'VZ19' is a new label from the celebrated Maison of Aÿ, created to celebrate the extraordinary quality of Pinot Noir from the domaine's best historic crus. A choice consistent with the tradition of the Maison, which always offers labels based on a high percentage of the noble black grape. The extraordinary quality of the grapes and a long aging on the lees, gives the pleasure of a Champagne of extraordinary quality, which belongs to the elite of the great high-end bottles. Complex, harmonious and rich, it is perfect to enjoy on a special evening.

'VZ19' is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne created by one of the most famous Maisons. Bollinger has been producing great Champagnes since the late 19th century and still embodies the charm and allure of the world's most famous wine. The label extols the qualities of Pinot Noir, grown in the most celebrated Grand and Premier Cru of the Vallée de la Marne and Montagne de Reims. Half of the grapes come from the Grand Cru of Verzenay and the rest from the best plots in Aÿ Bouzy, Louvois and Tauxières. A quota of reserve wines from previous vintages, chosen to accentuate the character and aromatic richness of the blend, is added to the vins clairs of the 2015 vintage. Second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenois Method, with an aging period on the lees of at least 3 years before dégorgement.
