Albert Bichot's Chablis Premier Cru is a pure Chardonnay whose grapes come from various vocated areas, premier cru in fact, so as to fully express the style of the winery and the terroir. A small part of the wine is aged in barriques. On the nose, clear notes of citrus fruits, both white and yellow fruit emerge, with fascinating hints of chamomile. The palate is fresh, with lively freshness balanced by envelopment on the sip, slight fatness, all crowned by a long sip.
