Sergio Genuardi's Catarratto 'Lunaria' pays homage to the moon, the only natural light the miners in the nearby quarries saw during their working days. The grapes mature briefly in stainless steel before bottling to express the character of the fruit to the full. The nose releases aromas of white fruit and hints of broom, with iodine notes that betray its Mediterranean character. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with a rather long sip. Ideal with fish such as sardines au gratin or fried spatula fish
