Amarone 'Mai dire Mai' di Pasqua is an intense expression of Veneto tradition, born from the vocated vineyards of Montevegro. After three months of drying, the grapes are ready for vinification. The result on the nose is fragrant and intense, with hints of dark and red fruits combined with hints of medicinal herbs. On the finish there are intense spicy and toasty hints, a legacy of the new wood used in ageing. The palate is rich and complex, with great warmth and supported by expressive tannins. An elegant and powerful wine, perfect with intense meats such as goose or wild boar
Dark ruby red with garnet hues
