Amarone Classico Riserva 'Le Origini' Bolla 2018

Bolla's Amarone Classico Riserva 'Le Origini' is a wine that encompasses the history of the Bolla family, one of the region's historic entities, in the genesis of Amarone Classico. It is produced in the most traditional way possible: drying of the grapes for 3 months, then only wood for 4 years. On the nose the hints of fruit in spirit are immediately evident, then a dark profile evolves with pepper, cocoa and liquorice. On the palate it is rich and enveloping but with a marked freshness. Perfect with great cheeses or meat stews
