Deltetto Alta Langa Blanc de Noirs '570m' Brut Nature Riserva is made from pure Pinot Nero grapes grown in the Roddino area at analtitude of 570 metres above sea level. Agronomic management follows the dictates of certified organic farming and the harvest is carried out entirely by hand. This is followed by soft pressing of the grapes and subsequent alcoholic fermentation of the must in French oak barrels of several passages at a controlled temperature of 18 °C. After a short resting period in the same type of wine container, the sparkling wine base is bottled with the addition of the draught syrup for re-fermentation according to the Metodo Classico, associated with a long period of at least 42 months of ageing on the lees.
On visual inspection, Alta Langa Riserva '570m' Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature expresses a straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage.
